Bob was born and raised in Philadelphia. He is a graduate of Cairn Univ., Biblical Theological Seminary, and holds a doctorate in pastoral counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. Bob served as the Executive Director of the Whosoever Gospel Mission from 1989-2022 and is now their Director of Advancement. The Whosoever Gospel Mission introduces homeless men to the loving grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, provides for their basic needs, and equips them with the skills and resources to achieve productive, independent living. Bob has been married for 48 years to Marcia, who works as a registered nurse. Bob and Marcia have 4 adult children and 9 grandchildren. He enjoys camping, reading, stamp collecting, gardening, traveling and pizza.
This young convert was deeply impressed and determined to make these the rules of his life. From that day onward throughout his life he made it a rule to spend the first moments of his day alone with God and God's Word. Before he read a letter, looked at a paper or even read a telegram, he went first to the Bible, that the first impression of the day might be what he got directly from God.
