APPORTIONMENT OFFERING.  If you are a member of Rhawnhurst Presbyterian Church, as discussed at the last annual meeting, please make sure that you are submitting $37.00 PER MEMBER for your apportionment offering. Your envelopes have last year’s amount on them because Presbytery didn’t send out their updated amount until November.

SPECIAL OFFERING. The beginning of this year has brought unprecedented challenges for California, who now face a devastating disaster. The harrowing images of wildfires consuming parts of California, have deeply impacted us all, stirring our hearts with sorrow and compassion. Presbyterian Disaster Assistance (PDA) has been in communication with faith leaders in the affected communities. In addition to providing emotional and spiritual care, PDA has released emergency grants to provide immediate assistance.  Our Session has approved a donation of $1,000 to aide in the support of those affected by the wildfires.  If you would like to add to our church’s contribution, please place your donation in the special offering plate in the Narthex as you leave today.  All money donated will be sent directly to PDA and earmarked for the “California Wildfires”.  Thank you, the RPC Elders.
